As a result, SH25a and the Tapu Coroglen roads have been closed. Some local DOC campsites are also closed. The Coromandel Tourism Industry

Destination Hauraki Coromandel is the Regional Tourism Organisation that promotes The Coromandel Peninsula and Hauraki tourism industry under The Coromandel brand. Our vision is that tourism enriches life for locals and visitors, contributing directly to the protection and enhancement of our cultural and natural environment.

To achieve this vision Destination Hauraki Coromandel works in partnership with the tourism industry and key stakeholders (Thames-Coromandel District Council and Hauraki District Council) and other visitor sector partners.
